VISHUDA CHAKRA (ENGLISH)
I couldn't have had a better Reiki master, Sergio Kostritski. A diplomat
from a very young age, he had a revelation that absolutely changed his
relationship with reality and his direction in life. One fine day he opened his
third great energy center known as Solar Plexus and in Sanskrit as Manipura Chakra. I don't remember the details
well, but he felt a lot of light coming out from his stomach. That Light allowed
him to download information in an experience that he could not qualify
otherwise but as divine. From then on, the traveling nature of his profession
allowed him to thoroughly investigate knowledge that went beyond our physical manifestation
wherever he went. During the years he was in China, he learned techniques that
any human being could qualify as science fiction. During classes, we have seen
him visibly increase energy coming out of his seventh great energy center or
Sahasrara Chakra, located at the crown of the head, as if his skull were lit in
an increasingly high fire (of light). Then he lowered that white light until it
disappeared before our eyes. During our second Reiki initiation, several people
saw numerous Masters of Light in priestly garments in their astral bodies, walking
among us. The amount of energy present during our initiations was unmatched by
anything I had lived or felt before, in this life, at least.
REALITY AND
CHAKRAS
CONCEPT OF CHAKRA
To speak of the concept of energy center or chakra, we must understand that
these are not ideas created by highly ignorant and superstitious beings from a
remote past who had no idea of what science is. Any doubts? Do a little
research. In fact, Indian civilization, historically the greatest promoter of
these concepts for millennia, was and still is a culture of great scientists.
As their perception of reality was different from that of the ordinary modern
human being (perception is not something natural but a skill learned according
to the information we receive while we grow up), they could see energetic
bodies, which today by culture we have unlearned to see or identify
because we didn´t hear about it or because we were instructed that such possibilities
don't exist. Today there are electronic devices that measure not only the
luminous and electromagnetic frequencies emitted by any mass-body (such as to
obtain an encephalogram, for example), but also can measure the subtle
frequencies that we emit at other levels
of existence (about this, later). Some of these devices, such as Sputnik, of
Russian technology, can measure the frequencies of the vital field emitted by a patient's human body before surgery. If
the patient has a very weak energy field, they do not get the surgery because
they do not have enough energy to recover[1].
There are other devices that measure seemingly less new age things such as the technologies created by the Heart
Math Institute that cover countless vital functions: cardiac variability,
cardiac and brain coherence, etc., with programming that works, for instance, through
Bluetooth technology.
Since we have established that we are talking about energetic
manifestations capable of being recorded technologically, we can enter the
concept of Chakras with less concern and skepticism, although, of course, it is
always good to listen and keep the door open for some doubt just in case. Anyway,
you don´t have to believe what´s written here, and yet I invite you to practice
some energy skill and after a while you can get your own conclusions
first-hand. For some people this modification of the state of perception happens
instantaneously; for others it can take years, depending on what they need to
learn from within. Let´s say that perceiving energy is similar to being an
Eskimo and seeing numerous different shades of white and giving each specific
tone (for this community, specific colors) a name. To see similarly to what
each of these people sees, we need to re-educate our perception. The same goes
for energy reality. You'll soon realize that it's not just technology that
recognizes energy patterns; humans have all the biological equipment to perceive
that ultimate reality.
Depending on how developed your sense of perception is, you can sense that
we have several bodies. Now, for what interests us, we will say that, from
birth or after a certain time of practice, we can perceive four bodies of the
seven that we officially have. Our physical body is the first body, and it is
the clothing or vehicle with which we move in this particular life in which I,
now, am Ursula. The second one is named etheric or vital body and there is
where we find the chakras. It is a product of the physical body and
regulates it. A new etheric body is generated every time we take on new form,
and decays with the death of the body. Finally, we have: the mental body (which
is often what clairvoyants see), which egos manipulate us through it to subsist
and from where they obtain and feed on our vital energy; and the astral body. We
experience our non-mental dreams through this body, as well as perceptions of
the future, and we can communicate with other nonphysical forms of life. It is
one of our travel vehicles, if you will.
In physical anatomy, we can verify that our central nervous system is divided
into numerous nerve clusters that connect specific areas and systems of our
body with our spinal cord and brain. These clusters are called nerve plexuses. Due
to their constant electromagnetic activity, these plexuses are perceived as balls
of light, sometimes as temperatures, and so on. It is not quite so that we all
have chakras. According to our consciousness and our harmony on an emotional
level, they are formed as organized centers of energy. If you meditate
constantly with the intention of strengthening your chakras (your health, and
your emotional state of mind) you may have generated a moderate functioning of
these energy regulatory centers, and perhaps you can even feel the direction in
which they are spinning.
It's a back and forth. The chakras develop in highly harmonious bodies, that is, they enjoy coherence at the neuronal, nervous and cardiac levels. And vice versa. Achieving an optimal state of the chakras as well as the physical body is perhaps the main purpose of Hatha Yoga because this harmony greatly facilitates spiritual development. Our physical expression as a harmonious or chaotic body is intimately related to our inner development. The work in the development of the chakras, improves or even brings to our perfection the physical expression (the genetic expression and its consequences). By this I mean that if you are very sick and someone tells you that they are going to align your chakras, it may not be exactly what they will do. Many people work with energy without really knowing how the energy work they have learned actually works, but it still has good results. It has happened to me both in giving and in receiving healing. In the same way, people now claim to have access to Akashic records abound, but it takes unlimited inner knowledge and powerful vital bodies to access them, that is, to have had some kind of spiritual initiation (and no real initiation occurs on the physical plane). In addition, it seems correct to say that as much as I pay someone to access my records, it depends a lot on what I need to live and learn in this life, that someone who really reads them can do what I am asking.
VISHUDA CHAKRA
The throat not only represents, but is a vehicle of word, of everything
linked to it. Its state of health and that of the surrounding organs (those of
smell, sight, hearing, etc.) is directly related to emotions that are the
result of what we hide or of what we say and then repent; it is related to
having psychologically abused third parties, but mainly yourself. Of course, the
state of the throat is often trying to remind us of that specific thing we buried
with the intention to make it go away. News: that never works. I speak from
experience. The throat is a symbol of wisdom; therefore, it is closely connected
to the heart. The heart is a portal between the physical and subtle planes, as
well as a regulator of this exchange. On a subtle level it connects the element
air, of which the heart is the center, and the Akash (the element of the
throat) or what ancient esoteric practitioners used to call ether or universal
agent, responsible for karma and dharma…. And much more!
This means that a hearing problem, from an infection to a decrease in hearing,
could not only be due to something that I refuse to hear, but also to an imbalance
in the throat area. That is why it is, basically, why no pharmacological or
natural drug works the same for each case. Everything responds to the
specificities of what each of us experiences.
EXERCISES FOR VISHUDA CHAKRA
To keep the Vishuda chakra in good condition, or promote its recovery, you
can always combine one or two simple exercises of Pranayama or conscious
breathing, for which you do not need special instruction, with one Yoga posture
that acts directly on this area. I am obliged to warn you: once you start
performing these postures, you are likely to find yourself saying things
without thinking twice that you previously considered to be overstretched to someone who needs to hear it. For
me, for example, it became easier to tell people to fuck off. In reality, it is
not that your reaction is violent internally, but a wake-up call to the mind of
the one who is exercising a fault on you or someone else. Because, come on, no
one is doing any good to anyone when they are crossing the line of our freedom
or our health in any sense and we leave it be. In some Buddhist traditions, for
example, it is normal for a designated monk to be brandishing a stick during
meditation sessions. If someone scratches or moves, they get hit. I didn't
understand that, until I understood that it's the same thing that happens with
conductive psychology. The blow is not a punishment, but a wake-up call for the
mind to get used to performing the exercise that is required instead of giving
rise to what we have accustomed it to do: rambling.
The first exercise is the basis of everything. For five minutes keep a slow
and deep breathing, inhaling and exhaling exclusively through the nose. Measure
your breaths per minute. Put on a timer that sounds every 60 seconds (there
are reiki apps available on Google Play
that you can program with bells of different types and even relaxing music),
and for about five minutes -or more if you wish- you will be breathing slower
and deeper as long as it feels comfortable. Be patient. Any number of breaths
per minute you achieve that is less than your initial number is a great start.
For a couple more minutes, keep that minimum number of breaths per minute.
Let's say you got to 6. If you keep that rhythm longer, you will most likely
feel your brain cooling (literally). Maybe you may feel blood circulating
through your veins, temperature changes or peace. There are people who don't
feel any change at all. Me for example. However, daily coherent breathing practice
changed my life. Looking back, I can notice substantial progress. I am a very
different being from who I was before I started these techniques.
The second breathing exercise is equally simple. After doing at least five
minutes of the first coherent breathing, now you breathe for two minutes on the
clock through your right nostril by covering the left one; and immediately after
the alarm sounds, two minutes more by covering just your right nostril. Change
is made with an exhalation. You finish exhaling, cover both nostrils, then
clear the left nostril and do the final two minutes. With this type of breathing,
you exert a radical balance in your central nervous system and in your subtle
channels.
Finally, you can practice, for example, any variation of Sarvangasana in
which you press the chin for a minute or more to the chest.
This type of posture, like everything in Hatha Yoga, requires slowing when
entering, maintaining at least a minute adjusting and breathing, and leaving the
posture even slower, especially because the muscles of the back are activated
in an unusual way and need to return
with a lot of patience and care. There
is a contraction of the throat muscles and you reduce the circulation of blood
and energy in the area. Once you get out of the contraction posture, you should
slowly make an expansion counterpose, in this case, of the throat, chest and
abs. The counterpose of Sarvangasana is fish or Matsyasana, and if you are very
hot or in the right physical condition, you can do Chakrasana. The counterpose
is there to enhance circulation and stretch the muscles to an optimal state.

Same directions, come in, stay and leave slowly and carefully. Nothing
should hurt. Effort? Yes, lots of stretching? Better, but no pain is allowed. Both postures work by releasing the stagnant
energy of Vishuda that your Sarvangasana variation stimulated, and now those
emotions and blockages come out clearing channels and enabling the area to
receive light, in the most literal sense of the word.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
For these Pranayama or conscious breathing exercises there are no
contraindications, everyone can do them according to their physical
possibilities. You have progress little by little, but maintain a daily
discipline.
They cannot perform Sarvangasana or its variations, including all those
postures where the neck is supported on the floor and require the chin to stick
to the chest, those who have neck pain from the very start or at any moment
while doing the posture, or those who have injuries and, therefore, medical or
physiotherapeutic prohibitions.
NEVER FORCE A
POSTURE
WORKING ON SUBTLE PLANES
If you want to achieve specific results, you can work with an intention or
a mental mantra. Suppose you want to always convey a wise word; know what to
say, when to say it, to whom, and have enough sensitivity to be silent. Choose
a symbol that for you encompasses all those intentions and meditate on it, sensing
it located in your throat before performing the postures for Vishuda
Chakra. You can also have your intention
by repeating it as a mantra while in posture, or by breathing consciously. You want
to manifest faster? While doing your meditation, feel happy, feel in love with yourself,
feel gratitude or appreciation. Any elevated emotion is a magnet of health and
harmony. On the contrary, nothing related to lying works with these exercises,
on the contrary, they bring you closer to being a braver and more truthful
person.
INFLUENCE ON OTHER PEOPLE
Maybe someone is having throat problems. You can visualize that person
being happy, in absolute harmony, with a throat full of light, for about two to
five minutes a day. The more people who do that visualization, the better,
especially if they tend to pray for others or perform healing exercises.
